David is a senior real estate executive with 35 years' experience in funds and asset management, he has held senior roles at Vicinity Centres, Lendlease and The GPT Group. Most recently Director of Funds Management at Vicinity, he previously grew Lendlease's APPF Retail fund to approximately $5.7 billion. David holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, and is a graduate of the AICD.

Tony has 40 years' experience in senior roles with some of Australia's leading financial services and funds management businesses, with broad experience in operational and leadership roles across industries. He was appointed a director of the Company and Responsible Entity in August 2019, and is a Director of enLighten Australia. Previously, he was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank, involved in forming and listing Macquarie's listed property trusts.

Symon has over 25 years' experience in senior roles across financial services, technology, and business services. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Kyron since its listing in July 2014, responsible for finance, technology, legal, secretariat, compliance, and HR. He is a Responsible Manager on Kyron's AFSL and a member of its Workplace Health and Safety Committee. Prior to Kyron, he was COO at Moss Capital, overseeing finance.

Blake has over 20 years' experience spanning real estate funds management, private equity, consulting and IT. As Chief Commercial Officer, he works across the group to execute business strategy and cultivate key external partnerships. Having joined Kyron before its 2014 ASX listing, Blake brings expertise in M&A, joint ventures, corporate strategy, capital raising, funds and asset management, and ESG. He previously worked at Bamford Partners and at KPMG.

Matt is a property executive with over 25 years' experience in real estate development, investment management, and operations, responsible for development and investment performance of Kyron's retail asset platform. He held senior roles at Westfield, Lend Lease and, most recently, 151 Property Group, a Blackstone company, managing a retail portfolio valued over $3BN. Matt holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, an Executive MBA (Honours), and a UDIA degree.

John leads the strategic direction and management of Kyron's office assets, overseeing acquisition, development, and operational performance. He has over 30 years' experience in commercial real estate and funds management industry, focused on the office sector. Before Kyron, he worked domestically and internationally in valuations, funds management, development, acquisitions and strategy for CBRE, AMP Capital, Colonial First State, GPT, and 360 Capital.

Sabeeh is Co-Head of Healthcare and Fund Manager, responsible for the investment management, product, and strategy of Kyron's healthcare real estate platform. Sabeeh has over 20 years' experience across acquisitions, fund management, asset management, and group portfolio roles, having held senior positions at MA Financial and Stockland. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Accountant.

Kieren is Head of Hotels & Leisure at Kyron Capital Group, with more than 35 years' experience in property investment, funds management, valuation and asset management. He has held senior roles at Kyron, Lendlease, ISPT and AMP Capital, managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios across office, retail, industrial and hotel sectors. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Land Economy and is an Associate of the Institute of Valuers and Land Economists.

Sabrina is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in property law, corporate governance and compliance, gained across private practice and in-house roles. She began at Clayton Utz, rising to Senior Associate, before joining ING Real Estate Australia as General Counsel and Company Secretary. She then led the Commercial and Property legal team at the City of Sydney and has been with Kyron for five years, leading the legal team.

Rebekah is a finance professional with extensive experience in Financial Accounting, IT Systems, and Sustainability Reporting within the real estate industry. She is capable of leading and transforming large finance teams to facilitate organisational growth and adoption of best practice. She is involved in professional and industry working groups, and participates in academic research to help shape thinking on accounting standards and regulation policies.

Robert has over 35 years' experience in corporate finance, law, financial services licensing, and fundraisings for listed and wholesale entities. He is a Responsible Manager on Kyron's Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and Chair of the Group's Compliance Committee. Robert is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, England, and Wales, and has held roles at Linklaters & Paines, Allen, Allen & Hemsley, Ord Minnett, and Barclays Bank.

Daniel has over 30 years' experience across Australian real estate banking and funds management. He is responsible for debt procurement and structuring, risk management, hedging and reporting to financiers and investors. He has held senior treasury roles at AXA Investment Managers, ING Real Estate, Colonial First State Property, and Westpac. Daniel is experienced across core and alternative sectors, including hotels, healthcare, build-to-rent, and forestry.

Belinda is a highly experienced healthcare property professional with over 20 years' expertise in asset and property management. As Co-Head of Healthcare, she drives asset performance across the portfolio, managing leasing strategy and capital works across hospitals, day surgeries, and medical centres. She previously held senior asset management roles at Australian Unity Healthcare and Centuria Healthcare, delivering long-term value for investors.

Lachlan leads the Group's acquisition and divestment strategies across the office, healthcare, and retail sectors. He has over 10 years' experience in real estate investment and asset management. Since joining Kyron in 2014, he has held senior roles in asset management and capital transactions, managing office, retail and hotel portfolios, and sourcing new investment opportunities. Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Macquarie University.

The Board of Directors brings independent judgement to every decision, drawing on deep experience across investment, finance and asset stewardship to keep Kyron accountable to its long-term commitments.

Ian was appointed a Director of both the Company and Responsible Entity in August 2023. With more than 40 years' experience in real estate investment and funds management across Asia Pacific, he is Lead Independent Director of Keppel REIT Management, listed on the Singapore Exchange. Ian previously chaired ULI Australia, was International Director at LaSalle Investment Management Asia, and holds a BA (Economics & Law) and an Associate Diploma in Valuation.

Karyn was appointed a Director of both the Company and Responsible Entity in November 2021. She has held senior C-suite roles at Optus, Insurance Australia Group, and Qantas, and was CEO of Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships. Karyn was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2018 and won the AFR/Westpac Women of Influence Award in 2015. She is a Non-Exec Director of Save the Children Australia, and chairs the NLG of Strong Places, Stronger People.

Kathy was appointed a Director of the Company and Responsible Entity in January 2024, and of Kyron Hotel Accommodation Limited and II Limited in Sept 2024. She is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair, having spent 24 years at KPMG across Australia, the US, Asia and the UK, including twelve years as Partner, retiring in 2017. Kathy chairs Audit Committees at 3P Learning, dusk Group, Next Science and Healius, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Trustee Board

The Trustee Board brings independent judgement to every decision, drawing on deep experience across investment, finance and asset stewardship to keep Kyron accountable to its long-term commitments.

The Managed Fund Trustee Board is currently operating as a committee with delegated authority and will be formally appointed as directors following the passing of resolutions at a securityholder meeting on 22 July 2026.

Giselle is a non-executive director with over 25 years' experience across property, financial services, tourism, healthcare, and energy. A full-time board director since 2013, she serves as a non-executive director and Audit Chair for Generation Development Group, Liontown and Journey Beyond. Giselle brings governance and capital markets expertise, gained at KPMG, NRMA and The Hannan Group. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the AICD.

Stephen is a non-executive director with a broad background in property, infrastructure, development and capital markets, having held senior roles in the Australian REIT sector with Stockland and Westfield. His board portfolio spans listed and private organisations across retirement living, aged care, community housing and funds management. He is a Chartered Accountant with Bachelor of Commerce and Psychology (Hons) degrees, and a member of the AICD.

The Investment Committee Chair provides independent oversight at the point where conviction meets capital, bringing deep investment expertise and governance experience to every decision Kyron makes.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Real Property Valuation from the University of Queensland and an Associate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle in April 1993, and over a 26-year career advised Australia's largest private families, superannuation and institutional funds. Geoff held senior roles at JLL, including International Director, Australian Board Member and Managing Director of Queensland for 10 years.
