Prime strategic site located adjacent to Queanbeyan River Precinct. The Fund will acquire the 5,860m2 site from the Riverside Plaza Syndicate.
The Fund will enter into a Joint Venture (JV) with Lockbridge, an established local development partner with extensive experience in delivering mixed-use residential projects in Canberra.
The JV between the Fund (75%) and Lockbridge (25%), provides strong alignment for Fund investors.
